Roast Coffee Limited Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us with confidence.
To allow us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently, please read the returns policy in it’s entirety before contacting us to return any of your purchases.
Important: Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of goods.
Contact us either via email or telephone to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
Be sure to include your Order Number along with your request.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
Please do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number.
Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
Clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
After everything above has been completed, and we receive your products . . .
- a) We will promptly send you a replacement, or
- b) We will promptly issue your refund
Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a prompt replacement or a full refund. We must receive notification via email or telephone within 3 days from receipt of goods.
Refunds for validated returns will be credited to your credit/debit card within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Please ensure returned goods are posted using special/recorded delivery as Roast Coffee Limited will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
